Sonic Frequency Manipulation:
-He's able to create a combination of unique sonic frequencies that could scramble Superman's brain and even kill him in the process,also claims to have many other abilities not demonstrated yet.
Technomorphing:
-Can change parts of his body into any weapons he desires (some weapons will have their own sections, such as the Boom Tube, White Noise Cannon, etc).-Can change his arms into multiple guns (as shown above).

-One of Cyborg's many gifts from Motherbox technology.-Can open it up to anywhere, anytime he wants. He can use it for teleportation, BFR, and other things.
-BFR'd the Timeless soldiers and claims it has the capacity to suck up an entire planet (as shown above).
-Downloads Boom Tube information.
-Uses it to teleport instantaneously.
-Can combine Boom Tubes, to BFR while simultaneously escaping from Atlanteans.
-Opens a Boom Tube for the Justice League.
-Boom Tubes can be tuned so silent, that not even Superman or Wonder Woman can hear it.
-Opened a Boom Tube to BFR Rao.

-Cyborg can consciously integrate new forms of machines and cybernetics into his own bionic physiology in order to further enhance himself.-Synthesized Kryptonite projectiles into his cannon (as shown above).
-Counteracts Ravager with heat absorption.
-Absorbs energy and concentrates it into a punch to hit Wonder Girl.
-Prevents Robin from hacking him via forming tentacles.
Enhanced Suit Healing Factor:
-The regeneration protocols not only gives him the ability to regenerate lost limbs, and also the ability to recreate living parts from machinery.-Had his body destroyed by the Tekbreakers, and regenerated after.

-Regenerated from a massive explosion in normal form.
-Regrows his arm.
-Although had suffered multiples injuries, regenerated completely and shows no signs of damage as mentioned by Silas Stone.

The Grid:
-Vic, alongside Batman, created a program to prevent himself from being distracted while on duty, because he is constantly bombarded with endless influx data streaming into his system. The program selectively focuses on high-priority items and filters out other received data. -This app helps him to create a complete database of every metahuman/superhuman on Earth.
-Uses the Grid to take over the world's communication systems (as shown above).
-Can cut the Grid's connection from everywhere except his body.
-The Grid can take control over other power grids.
-Can call reinforcements.
Fatherbox:
-Cyborg gained access (somehow) to the Fatherbox & its technology. Thus, it grants Cyborg many powers:--Enhanced senses.
--Energy Manipulation.

Alternate Forms:
Cyborg One Million:
-After completely merging with his Mother Box, Cyborg became a conduit for the entire multiverse.-Gains the ability to draw power and increase his stats tremendously.

Cosmic Awareness:
-Boasting a vast, cosmological type of positioning system allows Cyborg to navigate the infinite possibilities of existence.
Psychic Link:
-Can psychically link to multiple people at a time via connection to Multiversal energy.
Multiversal Empowerment:
-Cyborg can draw on the energies of the Multiverse itself through use of Element X to make himself and his tech stronger.
Dimensional Travel:
-Cyborg is capable of transporting himself and others into hypertime from a direct angle, something even the Flash couldn't use the Speed Force to do.--Albeit Flash does something similar in recent issues.
Weaknesses:
-His suit has 35 exploitable weak spots.
-Frequently depicted as being vulnerable to EMPs and hacking.
-Boom Tubes take a lot of concentration to open up.

I'd like him to face Mega Man EXE if he were to debut in death battle. Both can fight on physical and in cyberworld and they can reach absurd ranges. None of his other opponents compares to him that much, Android 17 doesn't mesh well with his abilities, War machine and genos gets washed and the only opponent that could be worthy is Iron Man but they've used him against batman with their higher suits as well so hes unlikely to be chosen.
